====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Harshwardhan Sahay for the petitioner.

Perused the order dated 24.06.2013 passed by Additional Munsif V, Munger in Title Suit No.1 of 2000. It appears that by order dated 24.06.2015, the Court below refused to review the order dated 24.06.2013. It further appears that an unregistered Hukumnama was filed by the petitioner for exhibiting the same. The Court below sent the same for impounding and report was obtained from the Collector. Report was sent to the Court and it was held that Rs.41,000 is to be paid as impounding fees and Rs.10,000 is required for registration. Thereafter, the petitioner filed application to reject the same. The court below rejected the said application on 24.06.2013. Review application has been rejected on 24.06.2015.

From perusal of the order, it appears that the Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.14453 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2016 below has considered various judgments and decisions of this Court as well as the Supreme Court and thereafter held that it is unregistered Hukumnana which is inadmissible in evidence. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
