Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. Taking into consideration that 120 liters country made mahua liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release them on bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case no. 115/2016 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar stands rejected, at least, at this stage. However, petitioners may renew their prayer for after four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, if their trial is not concluded.
