Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 457, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except confession, there is nothing against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
