JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kurth (Manikpur) P.S.Ce No.168 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it appears from the impugned order that his name transpired on confessional of the co-accused.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for about two months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this appeal is disposed of with direction to the court below that once the charge-sheet is

No.35393 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 submitted against the petitioner and on perusal of materials available, it appears that there is no allegation against him, except the confession of the co-accused, he may be released on bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S.Case No.168 of 2016 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Arwal (Jehanabad). With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
