1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Rail Patna Sasaram (Dehri) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered under section 25(1-b)a/26 Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol from the petitioner.

5. The petitioner has clean antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42432 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya in connection with Rail Patna Sasaram (Dehri) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.

9. The petitioner will visit Masaurhi police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
