JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(b) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Petitioner was found in drunken state and 500 ml. country made liquor is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
