JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 At the very outset, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that process under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated in this case and prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is not maintainable.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances stated above, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather petitioner should surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which would be considered by the court below on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by order of this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
