JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present modification application has been filed seeking correction in order dated 29.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29589 of 2015 where in first paragraph of the order P.S.Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 784 of 2014". The correct number is "Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 748 of 2014". The petitioner seeks further extension of time by another two weeks, so that he may surrender before the court below. The order dated 29.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29589 of 2015 is modified to the extent, as indicated above. The application is allowed.
