The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.41 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b), 9, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Some criminals were caught while they were planning to commit loot.

The petitioner was not caught on the spot and he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He is in custody since 26.11.2024. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41303 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.41 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Lesliganj Police Station, District- Palamu (Jharkhand) on first Sunday and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 8.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Palamu (Jharkhand) forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
