2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that despite taking consideration amount of Rs. 20,62,500/- in advance, petitioner refused to execute sale deed in favour of the informant, rather sold the land to some other person.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As per F.I.R., entire alleged amount was given to co-accused Kaushlendra Kumar and not a single rupee was given or
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46317 of 2025(2) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 transferred in the account of this petitioner. Moreover, dispute involved in this case is with regard to sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature. It is further submitted that coaccused Kaushlendra Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48236 of 2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 824 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
