JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-05-2017 The petitioner has filed this writ application against the office order as contained in Memo No.926 dated 12.08.2015 whereby he has been deputed as Clerk to the E.S.I. Dispensary, Hathidah from his present place of posting i.e. E.S.I. Dispensary, Jamal Road, Patna.
At the outset, it is brought to notice of the Court by Mr. Brajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the State that after due
Patna High Court CWJC No.13889 of 2015 dt.24-05-2017 2 / 2 consideration on the petitioner's application, an order dated 16.09.2015 has already been passed by the Director, Health Services, Employees State Insurance Scheme, Labour Resources Department whereby the work order with respect to the petitioner dated 12.08.2015 has been cancelled with immediate effect and the said previous order dated 12.08.2015 has been amended to that extent.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that it has already been ordered that the petitioner would work at the place of posting, i.e. E.S.I. Dispensary, Jamal Road, Patna. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State, the writ application is disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
