Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399/402 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25 (1B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to village politics. It is also submitted that chargesheet has already been filed in the instant case and that the allegation is of recovery of one countrymade pistol and one cartridge and that the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2017. It is further submitted that prior to the instant case, there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Siwan in Daraunda Police Station Case No 40 of 2017.
