There happens to be omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner Subham Bari along with Pradeep Bari and Pyare to have assaulted deceased Manish Kumar @ Dablu Kumar on 11.01.2017 at 10.30 p.m. by means of bamboo, lathi, fists and slaps at the instance of one Ram Pari Devi. Considering the nature of allegation in consonance with the period of detention since 24.03.2017, petitioner, Subham Bari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheria Sarai P. S. Case no.34 of 2017.
