The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No.374 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.55695 of 2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.51191 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.374 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
