2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 59628 of 2022 to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reasons assigned in paragraph - 4 of the petition, further four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

4. Accordingly, order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 59628 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and this modification petition is allowed.
