Case No. 99 of 1999 whereby cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
