Ms. Pushpa Sinha, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of snatching of a bag containing Rs.4,24,439/- from the informant on the point of pistol by some miscreants and petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused and petitioner is accused in two other cases also. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is no recovery from him and he is in custody for more than a year and charge sheet has been submitted and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.14 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Principal Magistrate/Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai, in connection with Juv enile Justice Board Case No. 15 of 2020 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear before police station of his local area in second week of every month for a period of nine months, so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for needful.
