====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons and the name of the petitioner has been added later on.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a lady aged about 43 years. He further submits that in the F.I.R., there is no allegation against the present petitioner and specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45256 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 allegation is against the accused Nagendra Rai to whom, bail has been granted by this Court vide order dated 27.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38495 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that though, petitioner's name is not in the F.I.R. but her name has come later on.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIIIth, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, dated 14.11.2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
