JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No.584 -C of 2012 registered under Section 498(A) and 3⁄4 of D.P.Act.

The accusation against the petitioner including other co-accused persons is of torturing the complainant for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. The submission of the petitioner is that the complainant is not willing to cook food as well as unable to cohabit with him on account of her burn injury as she sustained serious burn injuries on her private parts.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53466 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna, in Complaint Case No.584 C of 2012.
