1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Tr. no.8/2025 (S.T Case no.67/2025), arising out of Rafiganj P.S Case no. 440 of 2024 registered under sections 109, 61, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 27 and 30 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that as a result of firing resorted to by the petitioner herein, his son sustained firearm injury on his shoulder.

4. The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure-P/1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 1807 of 2025 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is the case of

No.40381 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 the petitioner that charge has been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial Court on 14.2.2025 and statement to the said effect has also been made in paragraph no.9 of the petition read with Annexure-P/3 to the petition. The petitioner is in custody since 1.10.2024.

5. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the FIR, liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 11.4.2025 (Annexure-P/1), charge having been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial Court on 14.2.2025 together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 1.10.2024, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Tr. no.8/2025 (S.T Case no.67/2025), arising out of Rafiganj P.S Case no. 440 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Aurangabad.
