2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 3706 of 2017 corresponding to Tr. No. 1869 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim and he is said to have tortured the victim for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Saran, Chhapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 3706 of 2017 corresponding to Tr. No. 1869 of 2024.
