Having regard to the present status of the case, the court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise all such issues of innocence and false implication in this case at appropriate stage.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
