Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 342, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section27 of the Arms Act and the fact that the gun-shot injury caused by the petitioner has been found to be substantiated in the injury report, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
