The case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of Ujjawal @ Subham Sharma who had already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.41894 of 2016. That being so, petitioner Sunil Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
