Petitioner seeks bail in Kajra P.S. Case No.51 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by the informant after three days in her re-statement before the police stating that her Dewar and other family members have told her 2-3 days prior to the occurrence that petitioner along with other accused had entered into the shop of husband of the informant.

It is alleged that the informant found dead body of her husband lying near Kharanja road.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.S.
