From possession of this petitioner, 10 liters mahua liquor has been recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016 in Dehri Town P.S. Case No.355 of 2016 under Section 272, 273/34 I.P.C. and 47(a)/150 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention and also the quantity of liquor recovered, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the
