The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No.495 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the informant and publicly abused and assaulted her, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
