JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 to 4 by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VI, Danapur, Patna, vide order dated 12.07.2017 passed in Complaint Case No. 624(C) of 2000, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that opposite party nos. 2 to 4 after release on bail is threatening the petitioner, for which, he has filed an inflammatory petition. Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the impugned order, it appears that save and except the submission that opposite

There is no allegation of their becoming absconder.
