2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegation is of torture for demand of dowry and killing the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the four children of the deceased are with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43738 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 family of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Mushari P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024.
