Deceased Sangita Devi met with an unnatural death while staying at her Sasural. She was married in the year 2016 with Raja Bind son of the petitioner, Murahu Bind and was carrying pregnancy of five months at the time of her death. Nothing abnormal has been found during course of postmortem and for that, viscera has been sent for FSL examination. From the case diary, it is evident that she was in contact with her co-villager, Sandip Kumar Bind and for that, the spouses were at strained relationship. Although, the prosecution party had alleged that on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry which was being made at the end of father-in-law, husband, brother-in-law, Gotni

It has further been submitted that husband is under custody. Accordingly, petitioner, Murahu Bind is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Kaimur at Bhabua in Sessions Trial No. 262/2017/246/2017 arising out of Ramgarh (Nuaon) PS Case No. 112/2017.
