The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case no. 200 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of informant, aged about 14 years, with bad intention by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated due to torture of her parents she left the house along with the petitioner according to her sweet will. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patnacity, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
