====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act. It is contended that the allegation against the petitioner is that when a man was apprehended by the police party at the time he was consuming wine, the petitioner attempted to help him and somehow on his attempt he fled away. However, the petitioner was apprehended and one knife was recovered from his pocket. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2017. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with

No.32995 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.96/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
