No. 6343 of 2017 has been filed for substitution of heirs and legal representative of the petitioner Om Prakash Singh, who died on 06.07.2017, during pendency of the present writ application.

The I.A. No. 6343 of 2017 is allowed. The same is accordingly disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections, in light of the I.A. No.6343 of 2017, during the course of the day.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22943 of 2011 (4) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for a direction upon the respondents to make payment of his salary of the period of his suspension i.e. from 02.05.1980 till the date of his retirement i.e. 31.05.2003, after giving all consequential benefits, such as pay revision, increments and other admissible benefits, treating his service in continuation, after revocation of his dismissal order, since the petitioner has received only substantial allowance from the date of his suspension till his retirement that too on the basis of lower scale in the year 1980. The petitioner is directed to make a representation for redressal of his grievances before the respondent no.2 i.e. The Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. The Respondent no.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
