The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Special Case No. 01 of 2018 (arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018), registered for the office under Sections 20, 21 and 22 NDPS Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 30 Kg of Ganja from the house of the petitioner and during course of search nearly 986 Kg of ganja, kept in different polybags, were recovered from the house of one co-accused Sanjay Singh. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the police has recovered ganja, which is not under the purview of commercial quantity and the petitioner is in custody since
