The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No.23 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with another accused took the deceased along with him and thereafter the deceased was killed.

Considering the nature of allegation, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38837 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
