2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 859 of 2022 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.02.2023.

4. Prosecution case is that motorcycle of the informant was stolen and there is no recovery of the stolen motorcycle from possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42387 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 859 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Motihari Town Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
