2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No. 1026 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the IPC and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P., Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. As per allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 30.01.2018. The customary presents were given by the family members of the complainant at the occasion of the marriage. The petitioner and his family members were adamant on demanding a cash of Rs. 3 lakh. It is further alleged that the petitioner and his family members inflicted atrocities on the complainant for non-

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the victim with full dignity and honour. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. In order to explore the possibility of resolution of the dispute, the notices were sent to opposite party no. 2 but none appeared on her behalf. On earlier occasion also, none appeared on behalf of the opposite party no.2.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No. 1026 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
