JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 305 dated 30.03.2011 passed in Appeal Case No. 104/10 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur.

Permission is accorded.
