The petitioner seeks bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2015, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 304 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of the deceased. The informant alleged that his sister was married to the petitioner two years ago and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry the petitioner and his family members killed his sister. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all witnesses including the informant have already been examined but none of the witness has supported the prosecution case.
