JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 This application has been filed seeking modification of the order, dated 07.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29731 of 2019, whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in view of the specific stand taken on his behalf that the petitioner shall pay to the informant the cheque amount, which had stood dishonoured. It is the case of the petitioner that he is not, in fact, required to pay any amount.

This application, filed seeking modification of the order, dated 07.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29731 of 2019, in my view, is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. The time allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below, in the light of this Court's order, dated
