JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 20.05.2011 passed in Appeal No. 1342/10 and 1345/10, Vide Memo No. 245 dated 27.05.2011 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11221 of 2011 (4) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which should be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
