2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 81 of 2023, Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 dated 01.05.2022 lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16157 of 2023. Counsel further submits that there was liberty given to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Counsel further submits that charge has been framed in this case and charge memo under one head is being annexed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42061 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Annexure-3 at page 19 and 20.
5. Learned counsel for the State submits that charge has been framed in this case.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-XI, Darbhanga in connection with S.T. No. 81 of 2023, Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
