APP (SJ) No.392 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 whereunder the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lakhisarai, refused to grant the privilege of prearrest bail to the appellant in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989. Permission is accorded.
This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
