JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2023 Though the present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.312 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, however, in view of the report dated 15.07.2023 received from the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul, wherein it has been stated that for almost all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial would definitely be concluded, within a period of three months from today, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to
