2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 79, 351, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of outraging the modesty of the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the parties have settled their disputes. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has not opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIth-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
