Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named and from perusal of the impugned order, I find that name of petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused Amarjeet Paswan and after that, petitioners too confessed their guilt but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners and except the abovesaid confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against them. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioners has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
