Countrymade wine along with articles required for preparation of countrymade wine were seized in terms of seizure list and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 24.07.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Suraj Hembram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with CI-239 of 2016.
