Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2017. Petitioner has confessed before the police that he is the assailant of the deceased.

Considering the fact that only material is confession of the petitioner before the police while in police custody and the period of custody already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29331 of 2018(9) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 289/17, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
