JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 265 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468, and 420 of the I.P.C and under Section 66 of I.T. Act.

The petitioner is said to have been apprehended by the police and mobile phone as well as ATM Cards, Aadhar Cards, Voter I-cards, and cash were recovered from the possession of petitioner and his associates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent, there is no allegation of any malpractice on the part of the petitioner and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further stated that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33644 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S.
