====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.483 of 2018/G.R. No.5075 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner being the Data Centre Operator in the District Swasthya Samiti, Sitmarhi, applied for the post of Prakhand Samudayik Utprerak attaching the experience certificate, issued by the District-Programme Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram, vide letter no.248 dated 31.03.2012 but, later on, on verification, the aforesaid experience certificate attached by the petitioner was found forged.

No.42548 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is doing the job of Data Centre Operator in District Swasthya Samiti, Sitamarhi, and he has not joined on the post of Prakhand Samudayik Utprerak. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.483 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
